Tom has over 30 years of experience in America and Asia in the insurance, education, automotive manufacturing, retail, F&B and power industries.  He is a resident of Vietnam for over 17 years where he started two businesses (insurance and education) deploying technology and a disruptive business strategy to differentiate and successfully grow those businesses.

A successful entrepreneur, has been the CEO and CFO of fortune 500 American Insurer, and is the Vietnam Chair of a large Asian Insurance Broker. Passionate about innovative use of disruptive technology, he is leading the way for Decacorn in the frontier market of Vietnam to curate best in class businesses as well as likeminded investors through his vast network of Vietnamese and foreign high net worth individuals, family offices and business owners.

Tom hails from the United States, a great source of innovative ideas and new start-ups, where he earned his Master Degree in Financial Management (MBA) from Drexel University.
