A serial entrepreneur and investor, with two decades of entrepreneurship and company building experience across Europe and the Bay area, Rain is the visionary co-founder and Managing Partner at Superangel, a truly cross border early stage investment fund based out of Estonia whose DNA matches with that of Decacorn. As an early pioneer of the mobile payment industry, Rain co-founded Fortumo, a digital enablement platform for telco bundling, carrier billing and messaging platform with a reach of 4.5 billion consumers in 100+ countries through 350 telcos.

Rain holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Technology Management from the prestigious University of Tartu, and true to his belief, he is now one of the founders of Garage48 Foundation, a non-profit focused on motivating young people to start their own companies.

Rain is a key contributor to Decacorn’s Baltic vision of building globally relevant tech start-ups which can ride on Asia’s scalable markets in order to break into the strangle hold of USA and China over tech unicorns and decacorns in the world stage.
